IBERSELECT ID CAMP - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Acceptance of Terms
   By registering for or participating in the IBERSELECT ID CAMP (“Camp”), participants and their parent(s) or legal guardian(s), if under the age of 18, agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all rules, guidelines, and policies set forth by the organizers.
2. Eligibility
   Participation is open to athletes within the age range set by the organization (e.g., 6-17 years old). Minors must have written permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Registration and Payment
   Registration is only confirmed upon full payment of the participation fee by the deadline communicated by the organization. Fees may vary depending on registration date (early, standard, or late). Camp spots are limited and will be reserved on a first-paid, first-served basis.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
   No refunds will be given for cancellations. If the event the Camp is canceled by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, health emergencies), a full refund of the registration fee will be issued. However, the organization will not be responsible for other costs such as flights or accommodation.
5. Camp Schedule
   The Camp schedule includes training sessions, evaluations, and matches. The organizers reserve the right to change the schedule or structure without prior notice due to weather or other factors.
6. Health and Insurance
   All participants must have valid health insurance coverage for the duration of the Camp. Any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or medications must be disclosed in advance. In case of a medical emergency, the Camp staff may authorize treatment. The cost of any medical care is the responsibility of the participant or their legal guardian.
7. Code of Conduct
   All participants are expected to behave respectfully toward coaches, referees, staff, and fellow players. Serious misconduct, including violence, drug/alcohol use, or bullying, may lead to immediate dismissal from the Camp without refund. Participants who damage equipment or facilities, whether intentionally or through negligence, will be held financially responsible.
8. Media Release
   By participating in the Camp, the athlete (and their guardian, if applicable) grants permission for the use of their name, voice, image, or likeness in promotional materials (photos, videos, social media, website) without compensation.
9. Limitation of Liability
   The Camp organizers, staff, sponsors, and affiliated parties are not liable for any injuries, losses, damages, or expenses incurred during participation, except in cases of gross negligence.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of the Camp, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
11. Privacy Policy
    Personal information collected during registration will be used for administrative, communication, and emergency purposes only and handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Information will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
